Joyciline Jepkosgei wins a thrilling women’s London Marathon

Kenya's Joyciline Jepkosgei secured first place in the women's London Marathon 2021 finishing in two hours, 17 minutes and 43 seconds. Jepkosgei beat her personal best record from her last win in 2019 - in the New York City Marathon women's race where she finished in two hours, 22 minutes and 38 seconds.
With her most recent win in London, Jepkosgei is now listed as  becoming the seventh fastest woman in history.
